Maurizio Santucci, a.k.a. Bombo, constructs his images from paper cut-outs and reworks the colours and textures digitally, playing with contrast and shapes to breathe life into his fantastic creations. He always tries to generate surprise by adding a touch of the unreal to his situations and characters, which seem to exist outside of time and space.
